By being a cloud accountant we are also paperless. One of the ways that we can achieve this it to make use of software such as Receipt Bank which will allow you to take a picture of your invoice or receipt thereby storing it in a digital format. This can then be sent to your assigned email account as opposed to printing them out. Records will be stored for up to 7 years as per the current guidelines. Receipt Bank will also connect to your bank which will allow statements to be integrated within the software allowing us to assign the invoices or receipts to the appropriate entries.
