By being a cloud accountant we are also paperless. One of the ways that we can achieve this it to make use of software such as Receipt Bank which will allow you to take a picture of your invoice or receipt thereby storing it in a digital format. This can then be sent to your assigned email account as opposed to printing them out. Records will be stored for up to 7 years as per the current guidelines. Receipt Bank will also connect to your bank which will allow statements to be integrated within the software allowing us to assign the invoices or receipts to the appropriate entries.
When you have decided on the right package/service for you, we will then give you the total fees broken down into ‘on acceptance’, ‘monthly’, ‘on completion’. After you have signed the proposal and put in your payment information, you will receive our invoices at the scheduled intervals; the payments will be taken directly from your payment source within 7 days of the invoice.
Step 1
Head over to our packages page and work out which package best suits you, then follow the on screen prompts and add any additional services you require. If you would like a bespoke package tailored to you, then please head over to our bespoke package page and answer the questions.
Step 2
You will then receive a contract via email; read through this and when you are happy with everything please enter your payment details and sign the contract. Please remember that if you have any questions at all, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Step 3
After signing the contract we will be in touch to gather the information needed to register you for all the services you require. We will sort out all of your registrations from Ltd company formation to sole trader, PAYE and VAT registration.
Step 4
You will then be enrolled on our 3 month on-boarding programme. This is where we will be in constant contact with you, whether it be a telephone call, email with videos or just tips to help you get the most out of our partnership. MTD Experts will help set up all of your software, explain it all to you and ensure you are doing everything that we need to help us to help you.
Step 5
After the on-boarding you will be confident on everything that you need to do; we will take care of the accounting side and let you concentrate on doing what you do best…running your business. Don’t worry though we are still here to help anytime you need us.
